The Day I Met My Daughter.
She arrived this morning at 6:30 AM. I haven’t slept in like 40 hours or so, and I’m not sure the world is entirely real right now. Everything is different. Everything has changed.
It's a strange and beautiful thing to hold someone so new. Everything else in life, all the plans, the deadlines, the noise ... it all just fades into the background. There is only this tiny person, this new center of gravity for our family.
We look at her and call her by the name we chose only the day before yesterday. A decision made just in time, only hours before my wife’s water suddenly broke. And guess what? We had found it through the app I built last weekend, Name Journey. Isn’t that fate?
May God plant unshakable faith in her heart. May He make her a source of mercy and a beacon of hope. May He guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her days with purpose and peace. May her laughter be loud and frequent. May she have strong roots and brave wings. May she know her own worth, always. Welcome to the world, our beautiful daughter. You are a blessing.
